Victor Rivas, Managing Director of LARM Group, is proud to announce the appointment of Pilar Rivera as Director of Client Strategy and Partnerships. Pilar brings a wealth of experience in global mobility, having spent more than 15 years helping multinational companies and their employees navigate the complexities of relocation across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Pilar is known for her expertise in both Destination and Immigration services, and her ability to deliver solutions that are both people-centered and results-driven. She began her career in the Global Mobility HR department of a major German automotive company, where she developed expertise in global and regional mobility policy, people management, payroll, taxes, and immigration processes.

Pilar is known for her expertise in both Destination and Immigration services, and her ability to deliver solutions that are both people-centered and results-driven. She began her career in the Global Mobility HR department of a major German automotive company, where she developed expertise in global and regional mobility policy, people management, payroll, taxes, and immigration processes.
She later spent five years with a global Relocation Management Company (RMC), managing local and regional accounts while also driving business development—an experience that gave her a deep understanding of the relocation supply chain.
Most recently, Pilar has been leading strategic partnership initiatives across the LATAM region, after originally serving as a Regional Operations Manager. Throughout her career, she has successfully built partnerships, led cross-functional teams, and guided clients through the financial and operational complexities of the region.
Having lived and worked in Germany, the UK, and Canada, Pilar brings both professional expertise and personal insight into the expatriate journey. A native Spanish speaker, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and International Trade, is fluent in English and German, and has basic knowledge of French and Portuguese. Pilar was also recently admitted to pursue a Master’s in Customer Experience, further strengthening her ability to enhance the impact of client interactions.
Now, as she joins LARM, Pilar is excited to contribute her experience and passion to one of the most respected networks in the industry. She looks forward to working hand in hand with colleagues, partners, and clients to strengthen LARM’s leadership in Latin America, elevate the assignee experience, and continue shaping innovative, people-centered mobility solutions.
