PT After 15 years of exceptional leadership, Carlos Heinemann will be stepping down as Country Director for LARM Mexico. His contributions have shaped our success and earned him deep respect across the global mobility industry—and even more importantly, the admiration of everyone who has had the privilege of working with him.
“Carlos has been a trusted service provider, a problem solver, a resourceful leader, and to me personally, a mentor and a friend,” said Victor Rivas, Managing Director of LARM Group. “While he begins a well-deserved retirement, we are fortunate that he will remain close as Counselor, continuing to share his wisdom and support for years to come.”
Carlos will remain with LARM as Executive Advisor and Counselor, continuing to provide guidance behind the scenes and support our ongoing success.
Welcoming Aurea Olvera as Country Director of LARM Mexico
As we honor Carlos’s remarkable legacy, we are excited to introduce Aurea Olvera as the new Country Director of LARM Mexico—ready to lead the organization into its next chapter. Her appointment reflects LARM’s commitment to innovation and client-focused excellence in Mexico.
Aurea brings over 10 years of experience in international mobility and relocation services, complemented by leadership roles in strategic sectors such as real estate, human resources, compliance, IT, food service, convenience retail, and import operations. She has successfully led high-impact projects, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and delivered end-to-end solutions for domestic and international relocations.
Her expertise in global mobility, real estate, and compliance ensures operational efficiency and an excellent experience for clients and assignees.
Recognized for her structured, results-driven leadership style, adaptive thinking, and ability to build strategic networks, Aurea is well-positioned to strengthen LARM Mexico’s role as a trusted partner in relocation and global mobility services.
