DESTINATION OF THE MONTH: PARAGUAY

Jesuit Missions of La Santísima Trinidad de Paraná and Jesús de Tavarangue are part of a series of 30 missions established by the Jesuits in the 17th century. In 1993, these mission sites became a UNESCO World Heritage site due to their historical and artistic interest. Today, they are one of the country’s most visited tourist attractions!

Getting to both Trinidad and Tavarangue is pretty easy whether you decide to visit them independently or by public transportation as they are located a short ride away from the city of Encarnación, Paraguay.
