Looking Back at 2025: A Year of Growth, Recognition, and Alignment

2025 was a defining year for LARM—one marked by strategic growth, meaningful industry engagement, and internal transformation that positions us strongly for the years ahead. This year, we proudly expanded our footprint in the Caribbean, opening four new locations: The Bahamas, Antigua & Barbuda, Anguilla, and St. Kitts & Nevis. These additions strengthen our regional presence and reinforce our commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality services across the Americas.

We also remained actively engaged with the global mobility community. Our team participated in key industry events, including EuRA and WERC, and came together for our Director’s Meeting in Chile, where collaboration, alignment, and forward-thinking discussions took center stage.

Internally, 2025 brought important organizational evolution. We implemented a restructure of LARM Headquarters staff and strategy, a critical step in aligning our operations with the long-term vision that the Board and leadership team have been shaping as we move toward LARM Group’s 30-year anniversary. These changes reflect the strategy needed to meet the evolving demands of our industry and our clients.

As part of this evolution, we introduced a new leadership role—Director of Client Strategy & Partnerships—and restructured key positions, including Director of Operations, Manager of Immigration Services, and Business Development. Together, these changes strengthen our ability to support clients, foster partnerships, and scale sustainably.

This will be complemented by sustained participation in key industry conferences, allowing us to stay connected, informed, and aligned with evolving global trends.
