2023 LARM AWARDS – “THE LARMies”

We are delighted to share with you the results of the LARM Awards, which recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of our team members across LARM Group for the 2022 year. The LARM Awards, or LARMies, are a way of celebrating and recognizing the excellence, innovation, and dedication of our people who go above and beyond for the success of our group. This year the Award Ceremony took place in Boston, Massachusetts during the Annual Director’s Meeting.

The categories are as follows:

• Top Local Revenue: Awarded for the highest revenue generated in 2022 from Local Volume.

• Customer Excellence – “High Volume”: Awarded to the country that achieved outstanding results, exceeded expectations and contributed to excellent customer satisfaction.

• Invoicing Compliance : Awarded to the Country that achieved a high level of compliance in terms of invoicing and following all client requirements.

• Technology Compliance : Awarded to the country that achieved a high level of compliance in terms of technology platforms and systems.

• LARM “MVP” 2022 – Most Valuable Professionals: Awarded to the team that has earned the group’s respect, is always there for others, with a supportive and collaborative attitude. Quick response time, sharing their best practices and know-how with others. They have a big impact not just on their office but the whole group.
