Looking Back at 2025: A Year of Growth, Recognition, and Alignment
<\/b>
<\/b><\/h2>

2025 was a defining year for LARM\u2014one marked by strategic growth, meaningful industry engagement, and internal transformation that positions us strongly for the years ahead. <\/span>This year, we proudly expanded our footprint in the Caribbean, opening four new locations: <\/span>The Bahamas, Antigua & Barbuda, Anguilla, and St. Kitts & Nevis<\/b>. These additions strengthen our regional presence and reinforce our commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality services across the Americas.

<\/span>We also remained actively engaged with the global mobility community. Our team participated in key industry events, including <\/span>EuRA<\/b> e <\/span>WERC<\/b>, and came together for our <\/span>Director\u2019s Meeting in Chile<\/b>, where collaboration, alignment, and forward-thinking discussions took center stage.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Internally, 2025 brought important organizational evolution. We implemented a <\/span>restructure of LARM Headquarters staff and strategy<\/b>, a critical step in aligning our operations with the long-term vision that the Board and leadership team have been shaping as we move toward <\/span>LARM Group\u2019s 30-year anniversary<\/b>. These changes reflect the strategy needed to meet the evolving demands of our industry and our clients.
<\/span>
<\/span>As part of this evolution, we introduced a new leadership role\u2014<\/span>Diretora de Estrat\u00e9gia e Parcerias com Clientes<\/b>\u2014and restructured key positions, including <\/span>Diretora de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b>, <\/span>Manager of Immigration Services<\/b>, e <\/span>Business Development<\/b>. Together, these changes strengthen our ability to support clients, foster partnerships, and scale sustainably.<\/span>

    As we move into 2026, our focus remains on steady, intentional progress. We anticipate continued expansion, ongoing enhancements to our systems, and navigating the growing need for faster turnaround times while leveraging newer tools responsibly. At the same time, we remain firmly committed to cybersecurity, data protection, and safe operational practices.<\/p>

    This will be complemented by sustained participation in key industry conferences, allowing us to stay connected, informed, and aligned with evolving global trends.<\/p>

    Looking ahead, 2026 represents a year of greater opportunity, stronger collaboration, and continued momentum as we build on the foundation laid in 2025 and continue shaping the future of LARM Group.
