This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and secure the personal information that may be used to identify as a visitor to this site or that you provide as our customer. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, correction, deletion, and transfer of your personal information. Please read this policy before using this site and/or submitting any personal information. By using this site, you are accepting the practices described in this policy. The information collected through our site will be limited in use to the purpose of providing relocation services. Note: The privacy practices set forth in this Policy are for this site only. If you link to other websites, please review the Privacy Policy posted on those web sites. If you are acting on behalf of another person, who will have the benefit of our services, you are responsible for ensuring that the person(s) you are acting on behalf of are in agreement with you supplying their personal data to us, and that they are aware of the contents of this policy.


What Type of Data is Collected

The Company gathers two types of information: (1) personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, your company’s name, postal address, phone number, and email address (“personally identifiable” information) that you knowingly provide by filling out forms to purchase products or services or to request additional information about our products or services; and (2) other, “non-personally identifiable” information, such as your browsing history, IP address, and limited demographic information, that our servers obtain while you browse but is not directly associated with you. Generally, you can browse our Website without providing any personally identifiable information.


How Do We Use the Information Collected

Personally Identifiable Information: The Company may use your personally identifiable information within the Company’s internal organization or among its Agents (defined below). We may use the personally identifiable information you provide for one or more of the following purposes: (i) fulfilling/managing your orders for our products or services; (ii) to respond to your inquiries; and/or (iii) notifying you of promotions, website updates, upcoming events and new products and services. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time; please review Our Opt-out and Opt-in policy below.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Non-personally identifiable information such as demographic and profile data is also collected on our Website. We may use this data to tailor your experience at the Website, showing you content that you might be interested in, and displaying the content according to your preferences. The Company may share, loan, rent, or sell non-personally identifiable information with advertisers on an aggregate basis, but not individually.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party without first obtaining your consent pursuant to the Opt-In and Opt-Out provisions below unless we believe that disclosure is necessary:

Use of Cookies

Many Internet websites utilizes “Cookies” to automatically track and store preferential information about you as you use and navigate the Website. Although the Company does not currently use Cookies, it may elect, at its sole discretion, at any time to do so. This aggregated information helps the Company to serve you better by compiling user preferences and statistical data to improve the offerings and features of the Website. The Company may also share, loan, rent, or sell this anonymous, aggregated non-personally identifiable information. Promotions

From time to time, the Company or a partner may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on our Website. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personally identifiable information and whose privacy statement will apply.


Our Opt-Out And Opt-In Policy

The Company provides you with the opportunity to “opt-out” of receiving any communications from us. Additionally, if the personally identifiable information to be disclosed or used in the above situations is “Sensitive Information” as defined under the EU Directive, the Company shall first obtain your explicit consent by requiring you to “opt-in” prior to such uses or disclosures of Sensitive Information. 


Children’s Policy

We do not intend to collect information from persons under the age of 13. We ask that anyone under these ages not to submit any personally identifiable information through our Website. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under these ages.


International Transfer of Information

If you are visiting the Website from a country other than the United States, the various communications will necessarily result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By visiting the Website and communicating electronically with us, you consent to the provisions and protections set out in this Privacy Policy. 


Changing Personally Identifiable Information

However, please note that it is not always possible to remove/ modify the information stored electronically from the various sources on our servers or other electronic databases.
