However, hiring locals is encouraged in specific industries with high labor demand.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The country promotes an open and flexible labor environment and is one of the destinations in the region with fewer restrictions on hiring foreign workers.<\/span><\/p><p><b>&#8211;
