LARM Brazil will make this transition easy, starting from the notification to the landlord, arrange an inspection to verify the property and, if repairs are needed, will coordinate these until completion. LARM prepares the contractual termination and all legal aspects necessary to finalize the contract and cancel any bills, all coordinated by our Relocation Specialist.
Post-lease services that are standardized according to the needs of the expatriate and family, services such as: bank account opening, internet service, cable tv, telephone connections, coordinate furniture rental, tour with spouse to better know the neighborhood , coordinate insurance contracting, information about buying vehicles, appliances and furniture.
Through the "Needs Assessment" Questionnaire and welcome call with the expatriate LARM Brazil will draw up a profile for each client and search the best real estate options in the market within the previously stipulated profile and budget. We are also responsible for negotiating the contract with the landlord or lawyer and preparing a complete survey with photos.
According to family profile LARM Brazil will research and provide list of main international schools that best fit the family and will assist to schedule visits and help with necessary paperwork for the enrollment process.
